The Treatment Process
Our expert injector will prep the treatment area by thoroughly cleaning it to ensure no product or makeup residue is left behind. The ideal injection site for marionette lines is just below the corner of the mouth, in the triangular area where the jawbone meets the skin. This area can be a little sensitive, so we will numb the area with a topical cream; also the dermal injectables we carry include local anesthetic known as lidocaine to make the experience more comfortable
The injector may also use the cannula method, it is a technique where the filler is injected through a small tube called a cannula. This method can help to avoid bruising and swelling as it reduces the number of pokes during treatment.
Results are instant and an ice pack will be given after treatment to help reduce any swelling that may occur. The whole treatment procedure takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes.

What Is The Post-treatment Care Procedure?
Please do not go for a facial or massage the area of treatment. If you touch the area too much, it may cause the product to move. We also advise you to go makeup-free for 24 hours and avoid exercise. You can resume your day-to-day activities however please be gentle and do not stress your facial muscles too much for the first 72hrs. Please note that seeing the final results can take up to 2 weeks.
What If I Am Experiencing Excessive Discomfort?
If you are feeling an extreme level of discomfort, please call us right away. You may take Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen to reduce pain. We also recommend icing the area to reduce swelling and bruising.
